FLOMEC Configuration Diagnostic Software (CDS)
Take full control of your FLOMEC® flow meter configuration without ever pressing a button.The FLOMEC Configuration Diagnostic Software (CDS) provides an easy, PC-based way to set up, adjust, and back up your flow meter. CDS makes configuration simple and secure.
With CDS, you can:
- Change units of measurement, input type, sensor type, and several other key, flow meter settings
- Back up and restore your meter or display settings from your computer
- Configure your system quickly using an intuitive, PIN-protected interface
- Easily adopt future FLOMEC® product launches and/or design enhancements
System Requirements:
- Software is for PC ONLY.
- A USB Cable is required—check RT40 for USB TYPE.

RT40 Flow Rate Totalizer
The FLOMEC® RT40 Flow Rate Totalizer is a perfect choice for users who require a simple display to read flow rate or totalized volume from a flow meter. The configurable digital output (pulse or alarm) also makes the RT40 well-suited for use with a fuel management system, PLC, or a remote data logger.

EB40 Single Stage Batch Controller
The FLOMEC® EB40 "Easy Batch" Single Stage Batch Controller is an economical full feature single-stage batch controller designed to pair seamlessly with FLOMEC flow meters, or other flow meters with a pulse output, for precise, repeatable batching in even the harshest industrial environments. This streamlined compatibility allows for a fully functional and compact batching system when paired with a valve or wired directly to a pump.
OM 4-20mA Analog Output
The FLOMEC® OM Series 4-20mA Analog Output is a great addition to the OM Series Oval Gear Flow Meter family. The optional 4-20mA analog output allows user to seamlessly integrate their flow meter with a PLC, data logger, SCADA system or other monitoring and control devices.
This simple 2-wire loop-powered design paired with hall effect sensor technology provides users with a simple cost-effective solution for reading data without requiring a digital display instrument.
