Perfect Rebuild Kit

Had an old GP90 pump that would not work.
I took it apart, cleaned it, and used the rebuild kit with some o-ring lube. The pump works perfectly and is headed to my son for use.

Exact Fit Nozzle Cover

I've been frustrated with GPI nozzle covers for years because they seem to degrade significantly when exposed to direct sunlight. After 2 years I find it acceptable to spend $10 to replace my old nozzle covers (wish I didn't have to do this, but at least the exact fit replacement is NOW available - previously you needed to buy a new nozzle.) Like others have said I wish GPI would fix the formulation of these covers so they were more weather resistant, but in the meantime, this is an acceptable option

Works just fine.
Make sure to throughly test motor you are replacing before cutting the wires like directions call for incase it still is good and you have another problem.
1 issue with M150 pump is the aluminum shell. Be careful with bolts or used units, may have to helicoil.

The shopping was great but the product wasn’t

The shopping was great but the product wasn’t.. the gears in the pump were stuck against the face plate and wouldn’t turn and run the pump. Took several times of sanding the gears down so they no longer were hitting the face plate.. also the switch lever literally fell off.. there was nothing holding it in place, had toJB weld it so it would work.. will probably not buy another pump from GPI im sorry.

Great tech support for GPI

I had bought and open box GPI Diesel electric pump unit from a local farm store, not realizing several important things like a direct pump mount verses a spin on pump mount and how important on choosing the right one for my application would later affect taking off the unit to change drums, Would cause such a headache.
I had the direct mount unit it, gets worse when you mount an external fuel filter, which you really should have in the first place. It is difficult to remove and install the pump on a full drum of fuel. Without cross thread everything!

So I contacted tech support at GPI , Randy had a solution to convert my pump to a spin collar design. Now I am much happier!

Please note just spend the extra money up front and buy the GPI pump with a spin collar and drum bung adapter you will be much happier and way ahead of the curve.

Terrible support on product

Union fitting kit discontinued.
Yep, cannot purchase a replacement fitting to connect pump to tank bung fitting.
You are directed to buy a new pump.
New pump has same fitting.
GPI doesn't support customer needs. They support selling more pumps.
Broke the connecting fitting coming out of pump and simply wanted to replace the fitting.
I'll be purchasing the competition's products.
